The House of Mausio is based in Suva Fiji in the South Pacific, We ship internationally anywhere in the world through

Shipping cost may vary from country to country as well as shipping method , cost for your shippment can vary from $15FJD - $400 FJD depending on 

- Number of Garments

- Urgency of Garments

- Size of Garment 

- Weight Of Garment 

- Method of Shippment .

Product Insurance 

Product can be insured upon request . 

The House of Mausio does not take responsibility of product damaged during shippment or Lost during shippment .

In the event Product is lost or damamaged Insurance would cover  cost if client opts for insurance cover , in the event 

client does not opt for insurance cover then the Client shall be soley responsbile for damaged or lost product. 

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 2-day or 48 Hour Return policy, which means you have 2 days or 48 Hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a refund is approved payment process is 7 working days and funds are only credited to the client's account, no cash refund is done. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Once a custom-made has been picked and the balance paid the garment is deemed to have been accepted as the correct order by the client, such garments are non-refundable.

A customer has until the first fitting to make changes to garments if said custom-made garment needs changes. 

The House of Mausio will not be held liable for products damaged due to the failure of the customer to follow care and washing instructions as stated on garment Tags and on our website (FAQ Section) or Products Damaged due to shipping.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or gift cards.


In order to accept exchanges client must return the item unused, worn or damaged, and once the return is accepted (Management Discretion ) would the item be exchanged for a new product of the same Value.

Products that have been damaged or purchased on Sale can not  be exchanged if purchased 2 days prior. 

Custom Made products can not be exchanged 

No Cash exchange shall be done for products purchased. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 4-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Deposits for Custom Made Products

A. Once a deposit is made for Custom Made products, A customer has 24 hours to request full refund for cancelled orders, failure to do so would result in administration fee of 30% of deposited sum withheld after 24 hour cancellation or 50% would  be withheld for orders cancelled after 3 days  or 70% withheld if an order is cancelled 5 days from date of deposit. 

B. There is a 10% refund of total  Deposit price on Custom made pieces which have been completed and fitted according  to customers specification following which a customer does not want to said Custom Made product. 

 C. In the event a client wishes to change the whole or significant parts of the garment order midway through production or following their fitting due to :

- Desire to  Change Prints

- Desire  to Change Colors 

- Desire to Change pattern

-  Desire to Change Fabric

Customer would be re-quoted for a new garment and would need to pay a new deposit for said new garment, the deposit for previous garment would be forfeited. 

D. In the event of discrepancies between Customers confirmed order and order which have been produced which do not match customers confirmed order, The House of Mausio at its own cost would re-issue a new product according to customers original approved order. 

Custom Made Products 

A Customer has 30 days to pick up and Pay the remaining balance for their custom made  garment(s) that have been completed and fitted, failure to pick up and pay the balance within  30 days would result in the House of Mausio reserving  the right to sell of the said product to recover cost.

A Customer has 60 days to Pick up their Garment if it has been paid in Full and bought in for adjustments or alteration, In the event  a Customer does not Pick up their Garment(s) it would be auctioned off, The House of Mausio Shall not be responsible to replace  the said Product.
